Danger can be everywhere!

 

Bart teaches you how to defend yourself in the most unexpected situations. He is a certified coach in self-defense techniques.

For years now, he has been working for and with government services. His services are also wanted as personal bodyguard for VIP’s.

Bart came up with a concept that enables you to learn in a short period of time on how to act and defend yourself in situations where aggression is involved. After consultation with you, he draws a personal and unique training schedule. The goal of this exercise is to let you reflect on how you behave in dangerous situations, and to make the right decision to guarantee your personal safety and the safety of the ones you love. It is extremely important to have learning experiences that are a reflection of real-life situations.

Aggression can be:

  • armed robbery
  • assault at an ATM
  • sexual assault
  • home jacking, car jacking, or kidnapping

Bart teaches fhe following combat sports:

  • Karate
  • Ju-jitsu
  • Thai box
  • Wrestling
  • Judo
  • Free Fight (MMA)
  • Close combat
  • Krav maga
  • Bass 3
  • English boxing
  • Brazilian ju-jitsu (BJJ)
  • Capoeira

Depending on your needs and desires, Bart will confront you with a mixture of these combat sports. Choices of techniques will be determined on an individual basis. Elements such as:

  • flexibility
  • force
  • dexterity
  • endurance

are very personal and of the utmost importance in the design of the training schedule. Training sessions take 1 hour. After a couple of sessions, your results will be evaluated.
